For custom orders, clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete specifications. While we strive to meet all requirements, the final product may have slight variations inherent to artisan craftsmanship. We will communicate any significant deviations or challenges during the process. A deposit may be required for custom work, which may be non-refundable depending on the stage of commencement.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices for our services and products are quoted in Great British Pounds (GBP). Payment terms will be specified at the time of order confirmation. For custom services, a deposit may be required, with the balance due upon completion or delivery. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but price changes will not affect orders already accepted.

5. Delivery and Collection

Delivery times for completed items will be estimated at the time of order. While we endeavor to meet these estimates, Ghillie & Gaff Guild is not liable for delays causes by unforeseen circumstances. Items can also be collected from our workshop at 17 The Cobbles, Fisherman's Wharf, Brixham, Devon, TQ5 8EQ, Great Britain, by prior arrangement.

6. Returns and Warranties

Due to the bespoke nature of many of our products and services, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We offer a limited warranty on our craftsmanship for a specified period, addressing defects arising from our workmanship. This warranty does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by accidents. Please contact us directly to discuss any concerns regarding your order.

All designs, patterns, and proprietary techniques developed by Ghillie & Gaff Guild remain our intellectual property. Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing, custom designs created for clients are for their personal use and may not be reproduced without our express permission.

Ghillie & Gaff Guild will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the services provided shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question.
